PaCEO Branding
Pennsylvania Center for Employee Ownership (PaCEO) branding campaign.
Specializing in educating companies about the value of being employee owned, PaCEO was presented options based on the idea of building relationships and creating connections.
Educational project with limited supervision and continued development with PaCEO after class ended. The brand was adopted in 2018 and is still in use.
Research
Moodboard
A compilation of images representing colors, type, and imagery relating to the message of creating connections. Client specified keeping the green color but showed interest in expanding the palette.
Sketches
These sketches represent a wide variety of ideas that were then narrowed down to show the client.
Digital Iterations
Moving from sketches into digital, these logos were then shown to the client who narrowed down to two options before finalizing changes and adopting a final logo choice.
